Everything under one roof, everything in one building –
The Georgium is an organic vineyard with a restaurant and guest rooms on the shores of Lake Längsee in Carinthia.

...and it all starts with the floor.
We are also a farm. The wine, the vegetables, the herbs and much of what eventually ends up on your plate are all produced with the same philosophy in mind: we want to leave behind fertile soil and produce food that reflects its origins. For us, "organic" is a matter of course, not just a marketing gimmick.

Roman Wastler sums it all up perfectly in his ‘farm-to-table’ cuisine:

External guests are warmly welcome to our dinner – please let us know if you’re coming!

We’re more than happy to accommodate exclusive bookings for groups of up to 45 people at any time of year. Whether for weddings, christenings, corporate events, off-site meetings, workshops or retreats, we offer the ideal venue for your private event.
