The Georgium

The lake begins right on our doorstep. The vineyard lies behind it. Our guests stay in the houses in between.

Wine tasting at the winery

We usually hold our wine-tasting sessions at the vineyard on Wednesdays. Whether you’d like to enjoy a meal with your wine or not, we look forward to receiving your enquiry and booking.

Bookable all year round, for groups at any time by arrangement.

We’ll be hosting a tasting with you of our sparkling wines made from apples and ‘Speckbirne’ pears, as well as our current and matured wines from our biodynamic vineyard above Lake Längsee.

Organic Winery - Authenticity, Responsibility & Honesty

Values that form the basis of our young, biodynamic winery in the sunny south of Austria. Here on the southern shore of Lake Längsee, we focus exclusively on the Burgundy family: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir. The result is a white cuvée and a Pinot Noir, either as a sparkling or still wine. In doing so, we adhere to the principles of regenerative agriculture.
