Approx. 40% of the planted vines. The delicate, elegant Pinot Noir feels very much at home on the barren, gravelly upper slope on chalky soil.

With a yield per hectare of just under 2,000kg, this brings earthy flavour, delicate fruit and cool freshness.

Fermentation takes place in 600 litre wooden barrels with whole berries. Only after one year is the vintage divided into smaller barrels.
