The delicate, elegant Pinot Noir feels very much at home on the barren, gravelly upper slope on chalky soil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a yield per hectare of just under 2,000kg, this brings earthy flavour, delicate fruit and cool freshness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fermentation takes place in 600 litre wooden barrels with whole berries.
