The Georgium is an organic vineyard with a restaurant and guest rooms on the shores of Lake L\u00e4ngsee in Carinthia.

...and it all starts with the floor.
We are also a farm. The wine, the vegetables, the herbs and much of what eventually ends up on your plate are all produced with the same philosophy in mind: we want to leave behind fertile soil and produce food that reflects its origins. For us, \"organic\" is a matter of course, not just a marketing gimmick.

Roman Wastler sums it all up perfectly in his \u2018farm-to-table\u2019 cuisine:
